so this is my idea, synchro monsters that need a specific tuner monster, and 1 or more other tuner monsters

miracle veiler
level 6 - light
spellcaster/synchro/effect
ATK - 2200 DEF - 1950
"spell veiler" + 1 or more other Tuner-monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, by discarding 1 card, negate the effects of all Effect monsters your opponent controls until the End Phase.

X-slash Gladiator
level 7 - earth
warrior/synchro/effect
ATK - 2500 DEF - 1700
"Rush Gladiator" + 1 or more Tuner-monsters
Once per turn, if this card destroys an opponent's monster, it can attack once again in a row.

Draco-wing blader
level 7 - wind
dragon/synchro/effect
ATK - 2500 DEF - 2100
"Draco Wing" + 1 or more Tuner-monsters
When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict 600 damage to your opponent's life points.

Rush Gladiator
level 3 - earth
warrior/tuner
ATK - 1200 DEF - 1050
When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard in Defense Position and it's effect is negated

Draco Wing
level 3 - wind
dragon/tuner
ATK - 1400 DEF - 1000
When this card is Normal Summoned, add 1 level 4 or lower "dragon" type monster from your Deck to your Hand.

Quick Veiler
level 5 - light
spellcaster/tuner
ATK - 800 DEF - 800
If you control a face-up Tuner monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Hand.

Tuner Switch
spell card
Select 1 non-Tuner monster you control, until the end of this turn that monster becomes a Tuner monster. If that card is used for a Synchro Summon, the other monsters must be Tuner monsters.

Spell Veiler
level 1 - light
spellcaster/tuner
ATK - 0 DEF - 0
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this card from your Hand to the Graveyard. Your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap carlds until the End Phase.

this is another idea i had (because single written cards are not a good idea)

Urgent Fusion
trap card
During the Battle Phase, send Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your Hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck.

Using tuners for all the synchro material requirements is an interesting idea. I don't really like the 50s in the ATK and DEF though. They tend just to complicate things. A caution for future cards - don't make a Synchro with a level that's a multiple of that of the tuner, as Inferno Reckless Summon exists and would make it very easy to get out.

Spell Veiler is broken. A Cold Wave that only affects your opponent? It may not affect their turn, but if you're using this you're probably aiming to OTK that turn anyway.

Miracle Veiler:

Being able to continuously shut down your opponent's monster effects is probably overpowered. To a degree it's low ATK value somewhat makes up for it, but it's still a bit too powerful an effect to be able to use every turn. Maybe just make it on the turn it's Synchro Summoned or something.

X-Slash Gladiator:

It's actually fairly well balanced, although it could do with a slightly increased ATK - it's only 50 above Miracle Veiler, which is a lower level and has a better effect.

Draco-Wing Blader:

Balanced, if anything slightly underpowered - again, it's a fairly low ATK (although that seems to be the case for a lot of level 7's), and 500 burn isn't that much of a big deal. I wouldn't put the attack up too much though.

Rush Gladiator:

Way too powerful. I can see your intention being for the easy synchro summon of X-Slash Gladiator, but this can also summon any synchro monster between level 4 and 7 that doesn't need a specific tuner, including Black Rose, Goyo, Brionac and so on. That's ignoring the fact that you could easily summon a powerful monster and just attack with it rather than synchro summoning. First of all, you need to prevent it attacking or using it's effect - see Junk Synchron and Debris Dragon. Second, I'd advise you to limit it to tuners - whilst this would let someone with two non-tuners double synchro summon, they still have to get two monsters out without normal summoning that turn.

Draco Wing:

Not too bad. Unlike the others this doesn't allow an instant synchro, but would be nice for dragon decks to search. I'd suggest either push the ATK up by 100 or so, to make it more of a beater, or drop it to 1000 or less, so it can be used with Cards of Consonnance. At a pinch you could even cut it right down to 500 so Debris Dragon can recover it, and make it more defensive

Veiler Synchron:

The effect is fine, although you may want to drop the ATK a little. However, you may want to change the name and/or type: The Synchrons are, apart from Junk Synchron, all machine-types, rather than spellcasters, and it doesn't really have much to do with the Veilers either, aside from being the right level to get out Miracle Veiler.

The OCG is fine, except that hand is not capitalised.

Tuner Switch:

Too powerful. Lightwave Tuning and Natural Tune already exist, and do the same thing but with more restrictions. To make anything a Tuner allows for too much abuse, especially with decks capable of swarming, such as Zombies. If you prevented that monster being used when there would be non-tuner synchro materials, then the card would be useful for summoning your synchros, but not abusable by swarming decks

Spell Veiler is broken. You just made another Cold Wave

Rush Gladiator should have a downside, saying either the effects of the summoned monster are negated, or the monster is removed from play when removed.

Draco-Wing Blader is... eh. Not worth the waste of using 2 Tuners on

X-Slash Gladiator should have at least 2500 ATK

Urgent Fusion should say:
[i]During the Battle Phase, send Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck.[/i]
(since Fusion Monsters dont have the same mechanics as Synchros)
