CinnamonStar
Again, I'd really keep the hime cut out, it just sounds so anime-ish that most real people are going to feel left out or as if they were not good enough for you if they don't have that particular haircut. Is it really going to be so bad if she doesn't have long hair, dark hair or the exact cut?=/ Not to mention that not many people wear it anymore outside of anime...and the ones who do are mostly young women or in their teens. Layered hair is going to be easier to find but again, I wouldn't post it as a requirement. Same with "bilingual (English and Japanese)" because it sounds like it HAS to be these 2 languages, anything else, Indonesian, Arabian - do not want. Hi, I'm [insert name here], a 26-year-old man from [insert location]. I just moved to the cape recently and I'm looking to meet a nice and friendly / friendly and kind-hearted (turn it around how you feel it's best) woman in her early to mid 20's. My hobbies include reading, going for a walk with my dog, 80's music, playing various video games and many other things (just sounds good, I guess...). Then I'd try something like, well I'd really happy to meet someone with similar interests and someone I can have fun with as well as have serious discussions. Don't quote me on that, I'm really trying but like Icy said, some dating sites probably have a template you'll have to use. One of the things I'd do in your case would be to check out the Asian restaurants in your surroundings.

I just don't know what it is about the Hime cut that I like. I guess I can sort of relate to it. I have a big forehead which I keep hidden with my bangs. Maybe that's it. I'm sorry. I just think the hime cut is cute. Once again, thanks for the tips. I'll try to keep my options open.
Abs0lute
It might also help to put up some info about yourself. You can't expect the most amazing (preferences vary) looking partner in the world to just fall madly in love with you. Show what you have to offer, not in a sexual sense, and see who thinks you're pretty nice and go from there. I wouldn't go around "If you look like -picture- then you might wanna check me out," because people that are attractive enough to be the dream partners of materialistic people that find anime images for reference probably don't have enough trouble finding someone to occupy them to use an online dating service. ... After getting halfway through this post, I noticed what I wanted to say has already been stated several times.

I'm not trying to do IT with her right away. I'll take my time. Well, I could use a professional landline dating service.
