First annual dueling tournament!

Alright, here are the instructions.

 

You have entered a dueling tournament, and the reward is a powerful card, and prize money.

You will first be set up in matches which will make both of you try your hardest, and you will be put on a random area of play.

 

Rules:

1. You may only use one deck in this tournament.

2. Your deck must be in between 30 and 60 cards. (If this is too much I shall make it smaller.)

3. There are no side duels, this is a tournament, and is un-like the thing Pegasus did.

4. Your deck can be in any order you want before you start a duel (you must list the order.) Though it must stay in this order and can not change it in the middle of the duel (unless by the effect of a card.)

5. (Anything else you can think of.)
