Unless they actually Summon the pieces, I wouldn't think so. This card would work in my friend's Exodia deck, though, which uses a lot of Exodia summoning and returning to the hand.

Oh whoops, I thought it read: "..from the Graveyard to your hand." Ok, then I guess this is a pretty fair card. Bring em back with Magical Exemplar.
