When this card is summoned, you can equip this card to a face-up monster your opponent controls. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time.) Every time a monster attacks the equipped card, increase this card's ATK by 100x the equipped monster's level. When the equipped card is destroyed, your opponent takes no battle damage from the attack and Special Summon this card to your side of the field.

Hmmmm. Intersting card this, The effect is rather strange and its not the easist card to actually get on your firld so i cant really see the use for it. Though you have tried something different mixing tuner and union and the picture does look legit.
You would have to change the effect of this card somewhat completely to make it actually playable as I feel noone wold use it in its current state.
Change the effect to. (1 monster can only be equipt with 1 union monster at a time) This card may only be summoned to your opponents side as an equipt card to one of yor opponents face up moster cards. Every time you use a Spell or Trap Card increase this cards level by 1 (max 3) and decrease the monster's level its equipt to by 1 also. If this card would be destroyed in battle Special Summon it to your side of the field with its original level your opponents monster's level returs to its original state.

its actually under-oped. try making it "increase the attack of the equipped monster by 100 times the equipped cards level"

actually, you summon it to your field. And when it's summoned, you CAN equip it, special summoning it after the opponent's monster's destroyed will let you re-equip it, it's just how you use it.

Your holos are bad. Do the people a favor and stop posting your "free holos" until you learn that just taking the holo sheet, slapping it on the picture and setting the layer to overlay doesn't make a good holo.
