Yeah, yesterday was Remembrance Day, as you may remember. Remembrance Day is celebrated by Commonwealth Countries, so if you don't live in a commonwealth country, you may not understand what I'm talking about. For example, Remembrance Day is celebrated in Canada, and on Remembrance Day [Nov.11], Canada has a national holiday. No school, no work, bank closed, etc etc. People have 2 minutes of silence @ 11:00AM to respect the soldiers that died fighting for our freedom. So did you keep 2 minutes of silence for the dead soldiers? Discuss Remembrance Day, WWI+II, etc etc.

America. No. We worked on a Statics lab because we don't have time to spare.

Same Holiday, Different Name. No I didn't, however I did show my appreciation for my Grandfather who was in Vietnam.

OH WOW!!! Really? The teacher sure is really dumb and disrespectful. Wow, he/she sure is setting a good example! We should all follow her! Jeez, it's just 2 minutes of your damn life!

Well, I guess.
We only do 1 minutes silence, though one time these group of kids went to the rememberance shrine, which was pretty cool.
'Cuz of daylight savings and stuff, we missed the light-passing-over-the-tablet thing that used to happen at 11 o'clock, but they had a light on the roof, and they made it do what the sunlight usually did.
That was even cooler.
I'm just glad nobody in my family has been to war.

Meh, it's ok, I forgot too. I'm just glad no one said chose the option "Why should I?". It would've been plain sad if someone picked that..

I put the other option in the poll because I agreed with the 'Why should I?', but it looked too moronic to pick.
