I didn't smoke cigarettes back then and the weed was mixed with the tobacco. Shall never do that again if I ever smoke weed again, even though I smoke cigs now :/ Didn't get high, probably because I was coughing it out every time I took a hit. But on the same night when I was watching George Carlin stand-up on YT, I was laughing a bit louder than usual. But my god, I loved the smell of the weed. Sadly, I don't know anybody who sells, so you know, not going to get any weed in a while. Yo Beata Persequenda, ever tried Salvia?
Weed mixed tobacco sounds nasty, tbh. I mean, just seems like it would drown out the effects and be hard on a first time smoker. Weed is supposed to go down pretty easily, and stay there pretty easily, as well. :// That's probably why you didn't get high, but also, most first time bud smokers don't realize they need to hold it in for a few seconds before exhaling to get the THC in. The same thing happened when I smoked for the first time, except I played Tekken 6, and it was fun as hell, for no damn reason. No, I've never tried it, but I've heard of it. Apparently it's somewhat like weed, but isn't it a bit more potent and a bit more harmful?

Seems it is kinda like weed, but I haven't really seen anybody talking about what kind of effects it has and how potent it really is. The only reason why I've read upon salvia, is because it's legal, but that's about it. Most of the tutorials that I've read on how to grow salvia suggest that you use the cuttings of salvia to grow, but yeah, those cuttings have to come from already grown plants and it is kinda hard to keep em fresh. So yeah, if I ever take up growing salvia, I'll go with using seeds. On topic: I think it's already known why the people (no, not the citizens, the higher-up people) don't want to legalize weed, is because they cannot tax it. Simple as that. And if they ever found a way to tax them and start selling joints in a pack, then it would be all screwed up with other additives, just like with cigarettes. Sounds interesting, tbh. If it's legal and natural, I'll go for it. :PP I only partially agree with your point. But if they were to legalize the growth of weed, not only would they, in some ways be able to tax it, but the actual smokers who knew what it was without additives would be able to keep growing their own or buying their own without having to pay extra for terrible weed with different s*** added to it. GenzoTheHarpist
Salvia is nothing like weed at all. Salvia is a hallucinogen, more in common with something like mushrooms or LSD than with weed. It has no known harms or toxicity associated with it, though it can be a frightening experience if not in the correct mindset. Mixing weed with tobacco is mostly a european thing, and for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone does it. Makes the smoke really harsh, not to mention, you're supposed to hold weed in your lungs, do I really want to be doing that with something as carcinogenic as tobacco? Bleh. Smoking a tobacco/pot joint is just about the worst way I can think of to get high from weed.
