Do you think I'm mocking the Orichalcos?

Well, Im a huge fan of the Yugioh TV series, and I watched some of the Waking the Dragons series. So, I created a card that could give The Seal of Orichalcos a run for its money. Please comment and tell me how to make it better:

Lore: This card's effects cannot be negated, nor can this card be destroyed. All monsters on the field are treated as LIGHT monsters. Increase the ATK of all monsters on your side of the field by 500 points. Decrease the ATK of all Fiend-Type monsters on the field by 500 points. Increase your Life Points by 500 points whenever a Fairy-Type monster is Summoned. You may control monsters in your Spell & Trap Card Zones, and those monsters cannot be attacked if there are monsters in your Monster Card Zones. You can send this card to the Graveyard to bring a Monster, Spell, or Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

Let me break my analysis down for you.

Okay, that's a bit on the fence of whether or not that's too good.

Okay, this is alright. Though it isn't as splashable as the original Seal is anymore.

Regular Orichalcos effect, which is sort of overpowered in its own right. It depends on how you use it, though.

Okay, this throws the card way over the fence of being overpowered. You could splash this card so easily and use it at any time to search out whatever card you needed to win the duel. With this effect in place, there is no way this can be considered a balanced card.

Yes, I know the pic isn't the greatest. :)
But I tried to make it alot like the The Seal of Orichalcos.
Thanks for commenting.
I might revise the card, too.

Here is my revised edition:

Do you like this one better?
