....More or less, I wanted something that looks like Locomotion R-Genex.

Effectively its "Supposed" to be an odd Anti-Meta card
The ability to mess with a monster's type, as well as stopping Special Summons, seemed like a pretty hilarious idea.
It might be a little under-powered, due to the fact you cant really search it, and the only way to Special Summon it is to let the Opponent get a Special Summon in, but a DEF of 2300, in most cases, requires the Opponent to actually preform a Tribute Summon in order to run it over. Which seems kinda' funny, when going up agenst a deck that relys on Special Summons. Add to it, a protection effect that requires you to use more cards to keep it on the field, seemed like a good idea at the time.
