Hey guys! This is my first post, so please rate, comment and suggest. Just dont be rude :) ENJOY!

When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, select 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. As long as the selected monster is face-up, increase your Life Points by 200 during each of your Standby Phase.

Effect based on Leech Seed, a Pokemon move.[/spoiler]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 ''Pokemon - Bulbasaur'' on your side of the field. When this card is used for a Synchro Summon, select 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. As long as the selected monster is face-up, your opponent loses 300 Life Points during each of his/her Standby Phase.

Thank You Nazo, critic is welcome. I have been thinking about the same thing, but there are a few Level 5 Tuners in Yu-gi-oh too. So it shouldnt be a problem. Anyway, thank you.

Changed the Level 5 Tuners into Level 4 and changed their ATK and DEF a bit. Will this improve your rate?
