Normal?

[center]Every now and again, I will move my feet, toe, fingers, head etc, to the
movement your wrist would make when writing a word or phrase on paper.

Usually when I hear something on TV, say someone said "Hello", I would,
about 5-30 times, trace the word 'Hello', mostly with my foot.

Most the time this action would go into the subconscious and so I would be tracing
that word while occupied with other things, then, upon realising I'm still spelling,
I remember what the word I was just tracing from anything up to 3 minutes earlier.

So really I wanted to know, anyone else have this 'problem'?[/center]

After posting, I traced the word 'forum' about 4 times until I noticed, then stopped...

When I randomly move my fingers across the keyboard, like when I'm pretending to write something, it spells out a message:
