During the End Phase of the turn this card is destroyed, you may send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to return this card to your hand. The second effect doesn't really need to say "once per turn", since if they REALLY skipped their battle phase 6 times I don't see using its effect twice as being overpowered.
