It has a lot of pretty good targets (remember Card Trooper?) and on its own, it's perfectly balanced. The Cyber Valley and Tuningware and Card Trooper...yeah, those make the card better. I used to run this when I first started with a card called "Mighty Guard" or something like that (500 attack, 1200 defense).
