the thing about it's second effect is that about 95% of the time you get a free attack after nuking the field and hand................... unless your opponent has necro gardna in the grave.

but with daedalus, you'd get a free attack, unless your opponent has fader, gorz, swift scarecrow

Most of them were me. I read the Infernal Flame Emperor thread, and became interested in them. I looked it up on wiki, and mow I'm somehow obssesed ;_;

He's pretty hard to get out. If someone showed me this card when I first started dueling, I'd say "lolwat?" This card was made during Konami's "Upgrade" days, where every card needed an improved version of itself (Dark Magician, Red Eyes, Blue Eyes, Etc...)

I'd like to introduce you to Red Nova Dragon and Shooting Star Dragon, part of Konami's "give the 5D's main characters a lot of plot device cards" series.

The main character of a series should use a Daedalus Deck.

Without this guy of course, though since he's a main character he would pull is off a gagillion times.

It's funny how this can dodge Stardust Dragon and the other Daedalus cannot. But otherwise, it's an alright card. It has 2900 ATK instead of the average 2800, 'nuke' the field and both players hands, and also is a target for Trade-In.

If they made a bunch of WATER cards with graveyard effects, like, "Deep" monsters or something, I would try harder to play this card. I tried, failed, and switched back to basic Daedalus Tide.

that's because the text below the card is the new errata, newer versions of this card had the text below

Konami made a colossal typo on their cards, and fixed it with later releases. That sounds like a misprint to me.

I'm pretty sure there's a card, I forget what it's called (EDIT: [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Magic_Reflector"]Magic Reflector![/url] That's it!), that puts a counter on a spell card which protects it from destruction.

Combine that card (on Legendary Ocean), this, and...

That is, have this card remove a monster (optional), have Neo Daedalus send this card to the grave to nuke the field, and at the end of the turn you will be +3 (Neo Daedalus, Ocean and a Lv.5 or lower monster).

Of course, you can use that combo with regular Daedalus. If that card was easier to get onto the field, this would be a lot better.
