A Set that revolves around Set cards, Spell and Traps:

If this face-up Attack Position card is targeted by the effects of Spell or Trap cards, you can raise this card's Level by 1 to negate the effect. If this face-up Attack Position card would be destroyed by battle, you can raise this card's Level by 2 to negate the attack. If this card's Level is higher than 3, send it to the Graveyard. If you control 1 Set card when this card's Level becomes 3, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Arcaton" monster from your hand.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

When you Summon this card succesfully, it is switched to Defense Position. This card cannot change Battle Positions. If you control 1 face-up Spell and/or Trap card on your field, this card cant be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally). Once per turn, you can Set 1 face-up Spell or Trap card you control to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Arcaton" monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard to your field. Cards that were Set by this card's own effect are Flipped face-up at the End Phase.[/spoiler]

This card can be Set on your Spell and Trap card Zone. If this card is Flipped face-up by the effect of an "Arcaton" monster you control, you can choose to apply one of the following effects: *Inflict 800 damage to your opponent's Life Points and Special Summon this card to your field in Defense Position. *Equip this card to an Arcaton monster you control. When the equipped monster attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the equipped monster, you can send this card to the Graveyard to inflict the difference as damage to your opponent's Life Points.[/spoiler]

You can Set 1 card you control in the Spell and Trap card Zone to Special Summon this card from your hand to your field. If this card is used as Synchro Material for the Synchro Summon of an "Arcaton" monster, equip it to the Summoned monster. You can send this card to the Graveyard to have the equipped monster attack twice in the same Battle Phase (Battle Damage is halved). The equipped monster cannot attack your opponent directly the turn you use the above effect.[/spoiler]

*Trap: Destroy this card to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Points (after Damage Calculation). *Spell: Special Summon 1 Coal Token (Level 3/Rock-type/FIRE/ATK 0/DEF 1000) to your field in Defense Position. If this Token is used as Synchro Material for the Synchro Summon of a FIRE monster, increase that monster's ATK by 500. If your opponent activates a Trap that targets a card(s) on your field, negate and destroy that card, then inflict 800 damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card destroys 1 monster your opponent controls by battle, you can remove 1 Kitty Counter to Flip up to 2 Spell and/or Trap cards on the field face-up (their effects are negated) until the End Phase. If 1 Level 4 or lower Arcaton monster you control is destroyed by battle whilst this card is in face-up Attack Position on your field, you can add 1 Kitty Counter to this card.[/spoiler]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your Hand if you control 3 or more face-down Spell and/or Trap cards on your field. Your opponent can pay 1000 Life Points to negate this card's effect. Raise this card's ATK by 300 for each face-up Spell card on the field. You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control 2 or more Set cards in your Spell and Trap card Zone. If your opponent controls 1 or more Defense Position monsters, once per turn, inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points and place 1 Lock On Counter on this card (max. 2). You can remove 2 Lock On Counters to apply one of the following effects:
*Flip face-up one Set card your opponent controls (it's effect is negated). If it's a Trap card, change the Battle Position of one monster your opponent controls. That monster cannot change Positions as long as the flipped Trap card is on the field. If it's not, it is Set at your opponent's End Phase. Your opponent can pay 800 Life Points to negate this card's effect.

When this card is Summoned succesfully, Special Summon as many Plasma Tokens (Level 1/Machine/FIRE/ATK 0/DEF 0) as Set cards on your Spell and Trap card Zone. This card gains 300 ATK for each Plasma Token you control. Once per turn, if this card destroys 1 monster your opponent controls by battle, you can destroy 1 Plasma Token to inflict Effect Damage to your opponent equal to the number of Set cards your opponent controls x400. If this card does not declare an attack during your Battle Phase, Special Summon 1 Plasma Token.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

7-star is a little high. I say switch it to 6 or 5, considering you only get 2100 ATK or DEF with its own effect. Only OCG problem I see is the third sentence should just say "Once per turn, you can reveal 1 card in your Hand to Flip one face-down Spell or Trap card your opponent controls face-up(its effect is negated)." Otherwise quite interesting, could probably make a set out of this idea if you wanted to.

Thx for the comment/rate, but the limit is not 2100. The card powers up for each face up on the field, including yours. Lets say you have 3 Traps and your opp has 2 Traps and 1 Spell, all face up. The card would get 300 ATK and 1500 DEF. Although now that i write it down here, my thoughts is this is a bit OP..

Crap, just thought of Continuous cards working for this as well. Either way, I don't think it's OP'd. You have to have 3 set cards, then even if you filled your field with face-up spells you'd have 3900(including your field spell and its effect), but then you wouldn't be able to activate your own Spells or set Traps. Plus, your opponent should have some kind of Spell/Trap destruction to weaken this guy.

You mean raise the counternegation's LP cost? But 1000 isnt too high? Take into consideration that I never played YuGiOh to its full extent, there maybe cards with similar effects?

New card up: Electrostatic Shieldon and, hopefully the arise of a new Set? xD

If you control 1 or more face-up Trap cards, this card can attack your opponent directly. In that case, the original ATK of this card is halved.

Pretty reasonable set, I wouldn't use them personally but alot would.
With the longshot thing don't you think it would be better if it's ATK decrease was just during the damage step?
