If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can remove from play 1 "Jurrac" monster in your Graveyard to increase the ATK of this card by 700 until the End Phase and can attack once again in a row.

I like some of these cards, though I'm not sure about Acro. Effects don't usually say in their text what their Spell Speed is. If anything, it would be a ruling that says as much, or it would name specific cards that can't be chained to it.

Level 5 Synchros shouldn't be that amazing. They give you versatility for lower-level monsters. Level 8's and such require you at least have 2 specific level monsters, or you invest stronger monsters.

This is correct. All in all, you could simply say: Counter Traps cannot be activated in response to this card's Summon.
