TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
*inb4terriblecardcombos* Splendid Venus + Imperial Order + Royal Decree = Evil Combo if you can pull it off. Should stay banned, the cost is way too light.

evilfusion
Splendid Venus stops your effects from being negated. This card is broke. A complete spell lock for a measly 700 LP a turn, can be stopped at will to spam your own Spell effects. Contributes nothing to the game.
-Lightray Daedalus-
royal decree would negate imperial order xD
Splendid Venus says: "effects of your Spell and Trap Cards cannot be negated"
sebihp2007
And, the Forbidden Card TCG talk continues Back in the old days when I used to play Power of Chaos on PC, Kaiba would use this and it would hurt me sooo much
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I knew this was banned because I own one. I have used it before in fun matches and found it is extremely overpowered. Spell-stopping power is too strong in YGO to be allowed. Especially when it's in the form of a card that can destroy itself on command. "Hmm... I don't have any Spell Cards I want to activate this turn, so I'll pay a few Life Points to keep my card going." Anbu-of-Sand
Should have been a Continuous Spell, and have the exact same wording as Royal Decree, well, with the Trap part being switched to Spell. But seeing known of the above has happened, it should stay banned.

Maybe one that makes it more similar to Royal Decree.
evilfusion
I'm confused. It's a Continuous Trap that negates Spells. It's exactly like Royal Decree, except for Spells and it costs 700 LP a turn.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I'm confused. It's a Continuous Trap that negates Spells. It's exactly like Royal Decree, except for Spells and it costs 700 LP a turn.
Spells are considered much stronger in YGO, and this card being chainable means you can stop a Spell right away on your opponent's turn (while Decree probably wont stop anything on your opponent's turn). Then there's also the fact that it's an OPTIONAL cost of 700 Life Points, during your Standby. You can stop all of your opponent's Spells for a long time until you decide "Okay, I have all the Spells I want to use now. I just wont pay my measley 700 Life Points". Decree doesn't give you the option of destroying it and letting you activate your traps.
evilfusion
Well yeah, because Imperial Order has a cost. If it didn't have a cost, then it couldn't be destroyed at will. Funny how the attempt to balance its power made it broken.
Father Wolf
IMO Imperial Order should be at 3, you can counter it to easy.

Sephiroth_The_Legend
mmm.... Last Will. Time Seal. Tsukuyomi (not lesser, but shouldn't even be banned) and Imperial is hardly lesser known. It's possibly one of the most broken of the lot.

Sephiroth_The_Legend
Will is amazing. Imagine Last Will in something like Quickdraw which runs nothing but low ATK monsters. Summon Debris + Dandylion = BRD and Bomb Last Will + Lonefire Blossom = Tytannial vs Opp Empty Field
