Mehmani
[Cannot Special Summon]. [Once during turn, Remove X amount of cards on the field for Y amount of ATK points]. [Cannot attack when using effect]. [When ATK hits 0, draw X number of cards]. ... It's possible to work a structured and balanced card with this but it's nearly impossible to do so without it being overpowered or underpowered. If you can make something balanced about it, kudos to you and I'm sure you'll receive mighty praise.

FLIP: This card cannot be Special Summoned from the hand or Deck. Once per turn, you can decrease this card's ATK by 300 to send 1 card on the field to the Graveyard. When this card's ATK is reduced to 0, remove it from play and draw 1 card.
Jazin Kay's archive provided the image.
LiAM
It's powerful. A few Roar's and you've got a double Caius with a cool self-destruction draw. I would use it, which is saying something. Though not in my Machina... should be a Machine for that.
Jazin Kay
Re-worded: FLIP: Decrease this card's ATK by 300 to send 1 card on the field to the Graveyard. When this card's ATK is reduced to 0, remove it from play and draw 1 card. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the hand or Deck. The "once per turn" text is not needed. Because this is a flip effect, it happens once only. Proof lies in examples such as Man-Eater Bug. Once it is flipped, it does not set an ability that the owner can freely activate, this using the implication that it happens once. Also moved the summoning restrictions to the back, as it would generate confusion over a summoning condition linked to a flipping trigger, since it has no trigger. Icy
You didn't prove anything wrong o_O... I left my quote open enough to allow such things. I said it mostly to both motivate the member by giving them a challenge and something work off of. I sincerely doubt that's a problem. Anyway, nice card? lol. Not exactly inspiring, but a good one nonetheless. I'll go back and reword that post if it bothers you so much.
