Really, the only use I saw was to give Parasite Paracide some use.

It's useless, but I usually want to make cards if I get the inspiration, like I did with this one.

That was my first impression, but Parasite Paracide only works if it goes into their deck with its own effect, doesn't it?

Nope. Its effect returns it to the deck, then your opponent draws it, then cool things happen.

There are probably ways to make Parasite Paracide less terrible.

This isn't the solution.

I think that even if you could grab any card from your Deck, hand, or Graveyard, this card would still be underpowered. There are some ways you could use it to screw up your opponent, but they still have to actually draw the card for anything to happen.
