I personally believe that the "Blue-eyes White Dragon" card should be a fusion card with a fusion of "The Time Wizard" and a "Blue-eyes Baby Dragon" or "Blue-eyes Dragon Chick" or something. There is nothing that makes it broken by being a Normal Monster. What's the worst that can happen? White Elephant's Gift? Immunity from Heat Wave? Not relying on chance to Summon it?
