Hilarious how Six Samauris have an infinite counter loop.
Meaning this could have like 40 counters on it, and all the Opponent's monsters would lose 4000 ATK.

Lore: Each time a "Six Samurai" monster is Normal or Special Summoned, place 1 Bushido Counter on this card. Face-up monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK for each Bushido Counter on this card.

More Bushido Counter stuff? Gateway is going to be so broken now. Six Samurai United isn't that bad, though, especially with how easily LSS can Summon multiple monsters a turn. Draw power is loved.

I like this card. It's like Burden of the Mighty, in Field Spell form, that accumulates Counters to determine the ATK loss. That said, Burden is superior, so it's most obvious use is to give Gateway more Counters to mooch from. However, like almost every archetype specific field Spell that gains counters (Colosseum of Gladiator Beasts, that Lightsworn one, this) it's usually too small a benefit to rely on, and in decks with limited deckspace, it's best to pass it over.

Don't forget Castle of Shien is also a Six Samurai Field Spell, and that weakens monsters by 500 if they attack a Six Samurai. Since no one is likely to use that, this is hardly a superior option aside from the Bushido counters as mentioned.

With all the Bushido counter cards, we might be seeing a Magical Exemplar of the Six Samurai, and a Tempest Magician of the Six Samurai...HA! MALARCHY!

This is better than Mist Castle, and with the Gateway infinite loop, it ensures that your opponent will always have 0 ATK monsters.
