Any uses outside of the OTK? Is it a staple for non-genric decks? Discuss the level 4 synchro.

I personally consider it a staple in the extra deck. It is the only generic level 4 Synchro (at least that I am aware of) and that alone is virtually reason enough to play it because it gives you much more Synchro-ing flexibility. It's first effect that gives the equipped monster 1000ATK is extremely useful, it can be used to give one of your attackers the ability to destroy a stronger opposing monster by battle. The burn damage is just the icing on the cake, and as you said, can be used to OTK your opponent in combination with colossal fighter.

I occasionally run this in a couple decks, but not that often. I never attempt the OTK strategy, partly because I never, ever summon Colossal Fighter and partly because I don't think it works. Infernities can summon this with absurd ease, and some decks can use it if they're not pressed for space, but it's usually not something you want to rely on. Quickdraw decks that use Junk Synchron will see this used because Junk Synchron + Tuningware can bring this out, and the Warrior Synchros can always use a bit of a boost + burn, especially Nitro Warrior.

That said, it was used in Yusei's infamous 1 turn, 3 kill with Nitro Warrior.

He also equipped it to Junk Warrior vs. Akiza for a super fappage moment (not really). I find it funny how it can be Honested and Limiter Removal'd too.

I mean, if your two monsters that make this ATKs are less than 1800 and you have the chance to inflict damage, why the hell not do it with this? Plus, if you have Glow-Up in your grave you can synch this with Dandy or Sangan for +'s.

On a side note, i wish this card was easier to obtain, got one from someone at a sneak preview. Though honestly, most of the time will this card be worth the payment? (In a duel i mean)

How? You need 2 Tuners + Red Dragon. Barring level modification, you have 12 stars, but only 1 Tuner.

Staple in many decks nowadays, simply due to the low level tuner abuse. The OTK is one of the funniest OTK's I ever saw when it first appeared on the internet. Manjoume sums it up nicely.

It was AWESOME!

It's a good card. Staplish if you haven't already filled in the places in your Extra Deck IMO.
