Good card for Spell Counter Decks. Easily can become a 2400+ beater with cards such as Spell Power Grasp, and it's pretty sweet how you can use it's effect repeatedly in one turn with Spell Counters from anywhere on the field, that way you can keep it's beatstick like stats.

Citadel makes this absurdly easy to abuse. I'm still searching for a quick combo to summon this, though, aside from Oracle of the Sun + level 2 Tuner.

I've always maintained:

Junk Synchron + Apprentice + Synchro Fusionist/Apprentice (Apprentice is destroyed, gets Fusionist, JS pulls Apprentice back) Made more consistent with Tuning.

Level 2 Tuner + Musician King (Instant Fusion)

Oracle + Level 2

On the card itself:

One of my favorite cards. With Citadel, you can easily clear out an opponent's field, and any deck with Level 3 Tuners and Spellcaster non-Tuners should run at least 1. Also really fun with Miracle Synchro Fusion.

I use this in pretty much every Deck I have that can summon it (has 3 or 4 Spellcasters) because there aren't many level 7 Synchros you can make (except for Black Rose Dragon, which you won't actually use, you'll just destroy anything, unless you want to put all your effort in summoning a 2400 vanilla beatstick)

All decks can run this if they have some number of Spellcasters.

Gale + GK's are often this card's friend.....

Summoner Monk with Cat (less DSF) made consistent Arcanites......

it's good but not that widely played anymore.
