Destroy all Attack Position Dragon-Type monsters on the field, except "Toon Ghidorah". You can Tribute 2 Dinosaur-Type monsters to Special Summon 1 "Toon-Zilla" [color="#0000FF"](from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard?)[/color]. All Dinosaur-Type monsters on the field gain 500 ATK and 400 DEF. If you control 2 Fairy-Type monsters and 1 Winged Beast-Type monster, "Toon-Zilla" cannot be destroyed, as long as you control a Winged Beast-Type monster.

I'll try to fix this to my best ability.

You can Special Summon 1 "Toon-Zilla" from your hand or Deck by tributing 2 Dinosaur-Type monsters. Dragon-Type monsters are destroyed unless they are in Defense Position. Dinosaur-Type monsters on the field gain 500 ATK and 400 DEF. When you control 2 Fairy-Type monsters and 1 Winged Beast-Type monster, "Toon-Zilla" cannot be destroyed unless the Winged Beast-Type monster is destroyed. "Toon Ghidorah" cannot be destroyed in battle with this card.

(If you don't want the "hand or Deck" part in the effect, feel free to remove it as the effect doesn't specify where you summon it from so I added it)
