It gains 800 ATK. When the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, draw 1 card. I'm liking this card quite a lot. It can be activated during the Damage Step as a surprise for your opponent, and of course anything you destroy will let you draw a card. Of course, multiples stack. Any discuss this, as well as Beasts in general. With Closed Forest and Solidarity, Beasts can get to be quite strong rather quickly. They have enough search power, but I don't think they have enough destruction effects in the cases where Battle just wont work. Still experimenting with it, but its been fun to use so far. VolTama
Phantom Beast support/draw engine [/terrible] Honestly though, what other deck would ever use this?
darkwolf777
Phantom Beast support/draw engine [/terrible] Honestly though, what other deck would ever use this?
What kind of question is that? "What kind of decks would use a Beast or Beast-Warrior support card? Why of course, Beast and Beast-Warrior decks!" evilfusion
I use this in my Solidarity Phantom Beast deck. It's amazing. Not only does it make strong monsters stronger, but it's a mini-draw engine. Enraged Battle Ox also gives piercing. I'm thrilled this lets both Beasts or Beast-Warriors get to use it, rather than just Beasts. I find Beast Warriors to pack more punch than most regular Beasts. Flame Dragon
We need more cards like this. Good support is good.
El-Rrey
Beasts do have potential! People just have to experiment. Also, card is decent.
Bringerofcake
It seems that Konami is doing the rounds with unsupported types. First it was Sea-Serpents, (Diva, Mermaid Hunter etc) then Thunder (Electromagnetic Shield and Watts to a degree) and, starting with DREV, Beasts. Hopefully they continue this trend; Beasts are increasingly becoming more fun to play, and this card helps make them so.
DARKPLANT RISING
Beasts beside X-Sabers are generally weakly supported. I want more. This isn't the best thing we can get, but of course it's quite awesome compared to before.
King of Nothing
Beast Exodia, OBLIDERATE! Seriously, though, it's a pretty fun card. I've made a beast deck that surprisingly works amazingly well with Scrap Dragon. And, of course, the deck runs this. I wouldn't run more than one of it though.
