Dragons are big enough already and now they can't be targeted by effects (without the help of Lord of D.) and even if it doesn't work, you at least draw 1 card to make up for it. You just need a random REDMD in the Grave, then proceed to revive it with Wyvern's effect. The drawing effect is specific enough for it to not be too splashable or abusable but easy enough to do for its Deck. I wonder what impact would it actually have in a Dragon Deck.
