^only 1 OCG error. Nice.

Its a more balanced Limiter Removal.
-Its not quick play
-It doesn't require Machines or any specific monsters
-It does not affect more than 1 monster
-Same as above xD
-Uses a Summon

^red is not meaning "bad", just "lower" in the comparison with a card that is bannable anyways. ;D
I don't actually see anything bad about the effect. Perfect as it is until I can think of a combo...
Thinking about it, maybe have it work with "original" ATK. I can see it accumulating (x2, x4, x8) depending on the situation.

Ever since I came back to the realistic section (yesterday night), I've seen enough good but non-arch-type-specific cards. It almost makes me wish Konami came here and made these into cards xD

Seems underpowered, I think. Using the effect will generally mean you end the turn 2 monsters short, and with a lack of field advantage (unless you're playing Blackwings or something stupid like that).

I can understand why you'd tribute this card, but I don't see any reason why you should lose the other, it seems like a pretty haeavy-handed approach to balancing the card. I think something like a temporary loss of its effect would be more suitable.

It is a more balanced Limiter Removal, but it varies a lot when trying to compare, Limiter Removal is a card that just pushes for OTK's, while this doesn't seem as capable of that.

It's a 6/10 from me.

Dude, it does push for OTKs. What the hell are you talking about?

Besides, if you don't use this card to OTK, you're using it HELLA wrong. My god, how could you seriously NOT know?

Btw, I don't like the card at all, even if it is balanced. I hope it never gets printed. Feeds too much OTK, which no-one likes at all.

SS effect is ok.
2nd effect is limiter removal's fat smelly cousin that only boosts 1 monster and LOUDLY ANNOUNCES HIMSELF BEFORE WADDLING INTO THE ROOM AND HELPING HIMSELF TO A FISTFUL OF CHIPS FROM THE COMMUNAL BOWL THAT EVERYONE WAS SUPPOSED TO SHARE BUT NO THEY'RE ALL HIS NOW COVERED IN HIS SWEAT AND ARMPIT HAIR.

eh, I wouldn't play this unless I was in a SP or something
