(RDA+Synchro Magnet+level 1 tuner) Once you get RDA, special summon Synchro Magnet. Then lvl 1 tuner and your set (I used Changer Synchron) It's in my Dragon Synchro deck. Remember the Dark Signer arc's picture of the 5 dragons? BF isn't in it. This should also cover why the others all actually have their uses that can justify a slot in the extra deck while BF can't.
