Goes like this: Have 2 in your hand, set one, "now you have 1 in your hand" which fills the requirements for activation, activate the set one, proceed to win. Though the way I saw it worded in the sub I watched, it was activated when you had 1 or fewer in-hand cards. Though I'd guess they're the ones who are wrong.
