How do you move a thread?

I made a set and started it in the AOC section and now I want to move it to the RC section, but I don't know how. THE PERSON WHO GIVES ME THE CORRECT WAY TO MOVE MY THREADS WILL GET 20 POINTS AND A REP!!!

Mods will move the whole topic, so it doesn't matter as long as you provide link in the report.
