It works.

It can make Locomotion? It's effect is actually pretty nice but it just seems underpowered for some reason.

In Fiend themed decks you can't run 12 Caiuses though. I want something that can SS this. Having to waste your summon for a support is what I dislike. Thats reserved for our monarch. haha, I figured it out (:

Field Control > Lockdown.

I like how this card's effect is also nearly "Change Lightning Vortex's name to Raigeki as long as this card remains face-up on the Field."

On of my favorite monsters of all time. I like how it looks, and it has a respectable effect that works very well with a trap setup of "3 Royal Decree". Hurts Empty Jar, if anybody still really uses that. Oh. I'd also love to use this as food for Tyrant Neptune. This+>1800ATKmonster=gg bro, if you have some other strong monsters on the field when summoned.
