POWERS/ABILITIES: Omni-Flashing, his only real power actually, Proto has the ability to create massive amounts of large flashing lights, making him a large danger to anybody with the ability of getting a seizure or elliptic people. He also has the ability to charge this flashing power, creating a explosion of green light that has the potential to blind everyone in the vicinity.
WEAPONS: None besides his Omni-Flashing.
BIO: Proto was formerly a little nobody, until he was recruited, like Ice, into the clubs Absolute Powerforce and R.P.820. He spent happy days at his organizations, until one day he suspected that all of his actions were being played out by another higher being. Refusing to accept this, Proto began doing many experiments, until finally, he located the almighty Fourth Wall. But unfortunately, when Proto had attempted to enter the Fourth Wall, he was soon shot out by a unknown entity of higher power. He was never quite the same again...[/spoiler]

Is that how you write your 8'S? For that matter, does anyone write their 8s by putting 2 Zero on top of one another? I think not...

In fact, even a computer typing dosent even do that. I think it is clear that an 8 is [b]2 circles[/b] on top of one another...[/center]

APPEARANCE: My current avi (Zero/Lelouch from Code Geass). For the most part I usually wear a helmet and cape with a tuxedo-like suit. My hair is dark brown/black. I'm 6'0 and I am relatively thin but I am not athletic.
POWERS/ABILITIES: I have the ability to reflect any power used against me back at the user. However, it must be used against me and it can only be other powers. I also need to have an understanding of how the power works before I can reflect it.
WEAPONS: I only have two weapons at this time. My main weapon is a lightsaber. The other is a [url="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Firelance"]Firelance[/url].
BIO: Basically, I am the self proclaimed emperor of the status bar. Most people accept me as such, but I can't necessarily claim it to be true. However, that being said, I like going by the title of High Empyror and I also have the nickname of Shadow Knight because I tend to be invisible until I come out of nowhere to give aid to those who seek it. I am relatively well known and well respected and have a few dedicated followers. I'm not known for governing my subjects, so basically they have free will as long as they don't disturb the peace.[/size][/font]
