[center][b]Say Hello to Troy the Rhodesian Ridgeback. I decided to adopt this dog due to its size (as you all know i'm a big fellow so I wanted a Big Dog lol) He is the most playful Dog you will ever meet. Took him for walkies today and 2 little Yapping dogs had a go at him. He never even flinched. Also LOVES Belly Rus and lazes around a lot too.

Sweet dog! You said you're a big fellow. Are you like 6 foot five or something?
BTW adopting dogs is better than buying them. Often, dogs in pet stores are bred extensively by breeders, with the only reason being to get money when people buy them. Sometimes, the dogs are kept in tiny cages, barely able to move around! Places that breed dogs like that are called "Puppy Mills". See this link.

You did the right thing by adopting. By not buying Puppy Mill dogs, we can help reduce the want for them so dogs don't have to live in the horrible conditions Puppy Mill dogs have to. But then again, not all pet store dogs are from Puppy Mills....
