This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned to your Field Spell Zone by removing from play 1 Field Spell Card that you control. This card gains the effect of the Field Spell Card that was removed from play to Special Summon this card. As long as this card remains face-up in your Field Spell Card Zone, each time a face-up monster on the field increases ATK or DEF due to a card effect, increase the ATK & DEF of all face-up monsters you control by an amout equal to half the increase. Once per Turn either player can discard 1 monster card from thier hand to add 1 Spell or Trap card from thier graveyard to thier hand.[/b][/center]

Have never noticed your other Field Chibis... oh well, I like this one. Nice effect overall, the only problem I see is that you basically give your opponent the weapons to destroy it in an instant. But who would do such a cruel thing? She... has... field garlic? *head pops again*

I do believe the effect has a minor mistake. The ATK and DEF increasing part should be worded "...each time a face-up monster on the field increases ATK or DEF due to a card effect (except by the effect of this card)..." to avoid the looping of the effect - as its own effect increases ATK and DEF too. Otherwise, it seems good. You have to be careful with the last effect, but that's part of the balance.
