DARKPLANT RISING
■Once you Special Summon "Lava Golem" to your opponent's field, activate "Nightmare Wheel" on "Lava Golem", which will inflict an extra 500 points of damage to your opponent and prevent him/her from attacking with "Lava Golem". ■You can also opt to activate "Dark Room of Nightmare" alongside or without "Nightmare Wheel" for a potential total of 1800 damage per turn. ■After you summon "Lava Golem" on your opponent's side of the field, you can use "Smashing Ground" or "Fissure" to destroy it, as your opponent's field will likely be empty by the time "Lava Golem" is Summoned. ■"Lava Golem" is useful for destroying or removing monsters that have restrictions preventing other cards from doing so, such as "Prime Material Dragon", "Jinzo", "Stardust Dragon", "Marshmallon", and/or "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes". ■"Magic Cylinder", "Mask of the Accursed", "Nightmare Wheel" can be used to prevent attacks from "Lava Golem" and inflict further damage. ■"Mask of Restrict" can be used to prevent the opponent from Tributing "Lava Golem". ■"Copycat" can be used to give the player a 3000 ATK monster that "Lava Golem" can't suicide with. ■"Spellbinding Circle", "Level Limit - Area B" or "Gravity Bind" can be used to prevent it from attacking, without inflicting further damage. ■"Zoma the Spirit", "Reflect Bounder", and/or "Dimension Wall" can be used to inflict damage without necessarily preventing it from attacking or keeping it on the field. ■"Remove Brainwashing", "Enemy Controller", "Owner's Seal", "Dummy Golem" or "Rescue Warrior" can be used to take control of "Lava Golem". ■After attacking with "Lava Golem", "Spiritual Fire Art - Kurenai", "Call of the Haunted" and another attack can be used to inflict a total of 9000 damage, potentially performing a One Turn Kill with four cards. ■"Skill Drain" can be used to protect the controller from the negative effect of "Lava Golem". ■"Lava Golem" can be equipped to "Destiny Hero - Plasma", "Relinquished" or "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" to clear the opponent's field and have a high ATK monster. ■"Guardian Sphinx", "Penguin Soldier", "Flip Flop Frog", "Begone, Knave!", "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole", "Ordeal of a Traveler" and "Herald of Creation" can be used to repeatedly return "Lava Golem" to the owner's hand to reuse. ■In the case of "Penguin Soldier", the player must return "Penguin Solider" to their hand with its effect.
