Sander
Magic Planter and possibly Pot of Duality?
Hila Ⅰ
Aaah Planter! I forgot about that! Duality is not included as it prevents SS during the turn it was activated, thus if I get Uria I can't summon it. +2 Planter -1 Ordeal of Traveller
RAEGING D0GKING
You need some staple Traps like warnings and judgments and torrential tribute.
Hila Ⅰ
Theyre not included because its a Uria deck. Uria does not gain ATK from anything but continous traps and anyway I mill most of the trap with reasoning and monster gate to power uria up anyway. Bringerofcake
Doesn't mean you shouldn't have protection. You have to anticipate your opponent, who will try to kill your boss monster, and thus the deck. Plus, you're better off not using monster gate and reasoning, IMO. - 3 Mirror Wall - Monster Gate - Reasoning + 2 Bottomless Trap Hole + 1 Torrential Tribute + 2 Solemn Warning

Bottomless is not needed however because If an opponent summoned a high ATK monster I could just spring Zoma instead
Brinolovania
But what if these are the bottom five cards of your deck: Uria, Reasoning, Uria, Ordeal, Uria. WAT NAO. My point is, run some good protection crap, because you won't always have Uria.

[/quote] I suppose so... but the situation you have provided is highly unlikely and the Deck format has worked so far. Torrential Tribute couldn't hurt I suppose as the deck is mainly composed of Traps. Solemn is a no-no though as it costs too much and by the time you draw uria, it could be too late. Coffee Black
As much as I hate the card, you might need to run Gold Sarcophagus. It's hella slow, but you need Uria fast to win, and stalling for it won't always be effective. I'd personally take out 2 Solemn Wishes for a pair of sarc's since gaining life doesn't make you win. And if you ever want more trap monsters, consider Stronghold the moving fortress.
Bringerofcake
On top of what ! said, you also have to consider that A) Uria can only be summoned through his own effect the probability you WON'T get Uria is higher. [s]C) Zoma doesn't destroy the opponent's monster. Bottomless/Torrential/Warning does.[/s] This is irrelevant because I'm not asking you to neg Zoma. D) Which is better: killing the opponent's monster before they use it, or stalling a bunch of them for a turn (because I'm doubtful that you'll keep Mirror Wall out for longer than that)? If you want to take that approach, run Wall of Revealing Light. You pay less life, and the opponent's monsters attack just as often.
