By saying Tier 1 decks, does that mean that the decks that the majority of people use? If not, could you explain the three kinds of decks for me? (Tier1, Tier 2 and Metagame)

PS: What the heck, I'm in!

Tier 1 = Metagame

Decks that top many tournaments, are very powerful, consistent and generally wide-used

Tier 2

They top ocasionally, are a bit worse than Meta, though they're used much too

Tier 3

Anything that doesn't belong it above 2 categories

There's also Tier 0, but it's so ridiculous that it's not even funny

Great, thank you!

Tier 0

Will take at least 13 of the top 16 spots in most tourneys. The only Deck worth playing if you seriously want to win in a competitive environment. "God Tier". Generally, the game doesn't have these because it would make it just about unplayable.

Tier 3

These are the outside toppers that can sometimes win. Like Spaceships, which topped once. They're perfectly playable but just not quite up to the other Decks around.

Tier 4

Serious Decks that just aren't good.

Tier Derp

The things that become memes in the TCG section. Remember to add 4x Water Energy folks. Crystal Beasts are the best Deck. Trolololo Shapesnatch.dek which runs 6 Boneheimer.

Fix'd

This, Icy, may be the most wickedly interesting idea you have ever come up with.

I'll join this right away, but a notice on dates would be desirable, as my life is quite busy at the moment.

Thanks ^///^. And I didn't put a date on purpose. Depending on how things go, I may have other surprises to add to this event; so I don't expect this to end between 2 weeks to 1 month. It's vague atm, but things should move quickly.

Also, as per my rules. Judges are required to participate as well, this includes myself. And to that end, here is the start of my cards:

I discourage it, but it would reflect your playstyle and the only solid rules about creation is that they must be new cards. So that would be fine, I suppose.

Is there a time limit of submitting cards/decks?

No, and there REALLY is no limit if you are able to Duel. But in general, submit as many as you need to.
