[center]Well... basically, watching Ep. 144 of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, the approaching of Extreme Victory and a conversation @Infinity Club (link on my sig) I wanted to make a Tech Genus monster that could work...
Basically my idea is trying to use the Synergy between Gadgets and Tech Genus... maybe I overdid the card...

Dragon / Synchro / Effect
"1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.
When a monster is sent to your Graveyard, you can add 1 "Tech Genus" monster or 1 Machine-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 "Tech Genus" monster or Machine-Type monster to Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can halve this card's Level until the End Phase."

Take out

Once per turn, you can halve this card's Level until the End Phase."

The card will sound better.

...Wow, the first sentence can potentially break this card in Decks that Aren't Tech Genus.dek (like Machina for example), but I'll talk about this card in TG.

You can't consistently summon this card in a Tech Genus deck.
Tech Genus are focuses on getting a pair of monsters that makes level 5. This is level 8, so you can't summon it as much as you'd want to.
You could argue that Junk Synchron shenanigans can make this card fairly easy (Junk -> Catapult, SS Werewolf), but when you summon it, then what? Tech Genus are focused around Blade Blaster, and the deck can't really run Formula Synchron to work with this, so it's pretty meh.
Not to mention that the first part of the effect is an optional trigger, so you will miss the timing if a monster was used for a Tribute Summon/Synchro Summon/Cost.

1)I was thinking about that, thought, for reasons stated in the point and that were made on purpose, it won't be so broken =/

2)I made it generic so it can be run in other Deck (as Machina) but I wanted to see this in a Tech Gear Deck =/ maybe I should think about a Deck to try this out.

3)This was made on purpose to prevent the OPedness of this card, but IDK if this is killing the card itself.

4)Were you Byak? Cuz your sig looks like his/her.
