I made a luzly Burn deck using this, Dark Bribes and Soul of Fire as a draw engine. Worked pretty well TBH. Discuss[/center]

I was going to start a topic on this card. Quite appropriate, should I say so myself.

This card is lulzy because:

1) Free 2 Cards everytime they draw anything outside of thier draw phase.

2) Exodia.dek?

Question on it's ruling:

If the opponent is drawing 2 cards, do you draw 2 or 4? I'm guessing 2 because it's part of a single effect( It'd be 4 if they activated them seperately, wouldn't it?) And can this card stack? If you had 3 face up and they activated, say allure, would you draw 6?

I'm annoyed at the slowness of Forced Requisition and Appropriate. At least I could destroy an opponent's hand with Fableds through Kushano shenanigans though.

Only amusing thing about Appropriate would be when both players each control one and someone decks out due to them activating on each other.

The latest lore for Appropriate doesn't fit with how its supposed to work. All it says is "Activate only when your opponent draws a card(s), except during their Draw Phase. Draw 2 cards.". You shouldn't be able to draw at the time of activation (when flipped face-up), the same as Forced Requisition. That's how its always worked in the OCG too. I don't know why they changed the lore to be incorrect.

I Believe that they can chain to each other, but It'd be more LULZY if they where forced to activate. I don't know why they changed it either ._.
