Zauls
Would be Tier 0 if there wasn't such thing as time limits on the round. I shudder at the thought.
Dementuo
Spam this in Traditional with Yatagarasu. ...Of course, by the time you manage to get that far, you'll probably win before its effect finishes.
Canadian
Its the fastest deck. The deck is way to easy to play around even with all the one for one damage negations.

evilfusion
Battle Fader, Swift Scarecrow, Zero Gardna, Waboku, Thunder of Ruler, Threatening Roar, Negate Attack, Winged Kuriboh, etc... The deck's annoying as hell.
Tourmaline
x3 Battle Fader x3 Swift Scarecrow x3 Threatening Roar x3 Messenger of Peace And make whatever the Hell you want for the rest. Stuff like that is what stresses out the opponent.
DARKPLANT RISING
The deck must run 3 Invasion of Flames.
Tourmaline
Neveeeer! That card is like.... No, man. You know? Just put stuff that negates things. Zero Gardna, of course.

I'd say ban FC. There are just many stall cards to abuse it and overall it doesn't do much other than promote those kinds of unfun decks.

Once you've drawn into countdown all you really need to do is play the card you draw until you win.

If your opponent takes some time to think, you will probably get into time.

Dr. Cakey
Even more epic in DMG, due to Turn Jump. And also Dark Wall of Wind, which makes the deck basically immune to Royal Decree. My Final Countdown deck on DMG only has something like 6 traps. End of Match Procedures trolls me, though. If rounds were an hour instead of 45 minutes...

If it goes to time then your opponent is stalling intentionally and in a lot of tournaments I've been in you auto lose with a warning if you go to time.
