I am probably the only person who's not excited about the Super Bowl

I haven't watched it since I was 8... So I've missed out on 11 super bowls. Frankly, my problem is how to celebrate it. I can appreciate a good sports game, but I can not understand the mentality behind it. That and the crazy amount of noise ><"...

The Super Bowl becomes way more interesting when you have a team to root for. ^^

I root for the game and sport of it all. Which apparently... becomes sin during any sports event? But I might get dragged to it today (if my ears don't give out)... Dunno.

not a football fan. my 2 cousins are, die hard steelers fans, and some others are packers fans, yikes.

just hope snow won't fall off the rooftops of the arena on those visiting the game today like it did a few days ago

Ah, the Super Bowl. A competition to pointlessly prove which team is the best by being given an unimprotant title that lasts only for a year.

All in all, I hate football altogether. How the game is played I can't understand. I don't want to, and I never intend to. Football is just another sport involving possession of the ball, and it isn't even in the shape of a ball. Even with all of that protection, the sport can end up the same way as to what had happened so long ago BEFORE the protection. People were accidentally getting killed back then, and even though it's rare, it can still happen.

So, all in all, football can kiss my ass and the Super Bowl can go to Hell. A game that can cause serious injury to each other is pointless, and you can risk your own life just by attempting to join a team. You know how training works, right? Military School-Style. You know, soul-crushing discipline?

Why would you play something that could put you in a hospital? Honestly!

This isn't just an opinion, it can also be treated as fact to lots of people.

I wasn't excited for this year's, but last year's I was. At least, I think it was. Wasn't last year's the Patriots vs...the Colts? One way or another, I was the only one in my family going for the Patriots.

No, I am 100% positive last year had the Saints in it, and that was because my dad went nuts when the Saints won their first Superbowl.

No you are not the only one, I don't care about any sport event, except for the ones that involves weapons such as, Bows & Arrows, Swords, Lances, Rapiers, etc.
But the others I just don't care and never get excited about.
