Personally I like this card. BTW if it seems OP'd, it kinda should because most Dinos are supposed to give huge advantage to its owner.

1 Dinosaur-Type monster + 1 Beast-Type monster
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card whose effect decreases your Life Points, your opponent recieves damage to his/her Life Points equal to the Life Points you lost by the card's effect. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can reduce the Battle Damage to 0 to gain Life Points equal to the destroyed monster's Level x 200. For each card this card destroys by battle, place 1 Destruction Counter on this card. When this card is destroyed, remove all Destruction Counters to inflict damage to your opponent equal to 400 x each Destruction Counter removed.

(max. ∞)<-- Whats this? Why is this necessary? And why on Earth would you put a limit of infinity on a card like this?

This card has too many effects. "If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card whose effect decreases your Life Points, your opponent recieves damage to his/her Life Points equal to the Life Points you lost by the card's effect. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can reduce the Battle Damage to 0 to gain Life Points equal to the destroyed monster's Level x 200." These effects aren't really necessary (or that helpful). I suggest removing them.

Anyway, the effect seems a bit random. Although it's probably a good card in the right Deck, I just don't see it being used in current meta. Good picture. 7.8/10
