Only Macros decks should bother, since it counts both players' monsters. Gren is better since it gets 100 more ATK per CARD, but only of yours. Gren is also a low level and this is a level 8. ATK is not 1500 ATK or less. ? is undefined and therefore unsearchable on aspects relating to being higher or lower than a number. Knowing that, junk.
