Lore: ''Elemental Hero Neos'' + ''Elemental Hero Flame Wingman'' + ''Neo Spacian Mothin''.
This card cannot be Summoned except by Returning the above cards to the bottom of your Deck. This card is returned to your Extra Deck at the end of your opponents next turn. You can Special Summon 1 ''Elemental Hero'' monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. That monster cannot be destroyed by battle. When the card Special Summoned by this effect is destroyed, remove the card that destroyed it from play. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon any 2 Monsters from your Extra Deck.

Neo-Spacian Mothin...? Was that a seperate card you created? If so, you should include a link to it so that other people who haven't seen it can recognize it.

As for the actual card: Looks good. The effect is good. You forgot to include, though, that it returns to your extra deck during the End Phase. (It's a Contact Fusion, which means it only lasts so long. Think of it like a DBZ Fusion.)

Correct OCG:

''Elemental Hero Neos'' + ''Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman'' + ''Neo Spacian Mothin''
This card cannot be Summoned except by Returning the above cards to the bottom of yoir Deck. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 ''Elemental Hero'' monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. That monster cannot be destroyed by battle. When the card Special Summoned by this effect is destroyed, remove the card that destroyed it from play.

Hm...
this card is kinda Op'ed seeing that you are able to special summon any elemental hero from your hand deck or graveyard

if someone had this they would probably revive the monsters used to make this

i feel sorry for their opponent lol xD
you should probablu have a level limit for that effect

ehish pic
i rate with a 7/10

Hmm... not sure it should be a Level 8. I mean, Neos is Level 7, Shining Flare is Level 8, I don't know the other material but all Neo Spacians are Level 3, and all 3 real life triple Contact Fusions (Magma Neos, Storm Neos, and Chaos Neos) are Level 9. Since this is a Triple Contact, that includes a Fusion Monster whose Fusion Materials includes a Fusion Monster itself, this should be a Level 10 (at least). Although all this is irrelevant to the balance of the card ^-^" (by the way, regular real-life Triple Contacts also have 3000 ATK)

I like the pic and effect, but it actually looks very underpowered. Shining Flare is kinda hard to Summon without a Fusion substitute Material, and it can have much more ATK than this card by itself. Not to mention if Shining Flare attacks any Attack Position monster it pretty much damages as much as a direct attack.
Neos is also troublesome to have on the field often if the Deck is not completely based around it, and by this I mean that Neo Spacians and Elemental Hero monsters kind of bother each other in the same Deck (from personal Experience, unless the Elemental Fusion you are using are the Manga ones but even like that the Deck is not precisely "awesome")
I have no idea about that Neo Spacian that's mentioned....

That said, this monster only lets you Summon another Elemental Hero from hand, Deck, or Graveyard. The best you can do with it is get Stratos, Bladedge, or another Neos (another because your monster on top of everything has the restriction of not allowing the monsters that were used as materials to be Summoned by this effect). As a shocking surprise, Elemental Hero and Neos Fusions cannot be revived, because they cannot be Summoned in any way that is not "Fusion Summon", meaning that this monster cannot get them either.

In conclusion, I think it can use a little improvement. As it is, you are better with the 3 Fusion Materials separately on the field in any case. ^-^"
I cannot think of much else to say at the moment... =0
(not to offend, but comments saying that this is overpowered are wrong... really wrong)
