First, you need Ground Collapse, Ojama Trio, Royal Decree, and Scapegoat facedown at least 1 turn in advance. Next, you summon Parasite Ticky. Activate all your Spell and Trap cards. (?/? -> 3500/3500) So from now on, all your opponent can really do is activate Spells, unless someone can figure out the Spell blocker.
