I liked how in the movie they had him take precedence over cyber end dragon 4000k piercing vs. Godlike abilities I see your point paradox. The Special Summoned Shooting Star Dragon also cannot deal battle damage, but it retains its effects, such as the ability to RFG itself to negate an attack, resetting the condition. Also, ironically, Shooting Quasar Dragon has nothing to do with Stardust. It used every Signer Dragon EXCEPT Stardust. Granted, it ties itself to Stardust by Summoning Shooting Star Dragon.
