The current destiny path is merely the one you yourself signed up for (which by default is mine until assigned another Duel Master). I thought saying "local" duel master was a hint enough. [/quote] Events can range from anything. NPC interaction, battling another monster, earning DP or stat boosts. As for defeating another player in combat. There are 3 ways to trigger it. 1) When moving you can stop on a character and you will do a Dice Dungeon fight. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dice_Dungeon If you lose during this fight, you move back to your original space. However, all events outside the battle are disabled. 2) You land on or within 1 space of a character card, you will battle with it automatically (events are maintained and happen before the battle). It works like a normal Attacking in the TCG would. Losing here will set you back 2 floors. 3) On the PvP Map, which is triggered by something I won't reveal. However, all 4 players involved will fight with the http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dice_Dungeon card active and it will not set you back floors. Instead you will get rewards for it. It is also helpful to note that the defending player will always calculate the DEF in replace of ATK for Dice Dungeon Battles outside the PvP Map. Items earned will also affect these numbers. Unless another validated Duel Master has a requirement that you meet to earn one. And all Duel Masters must have 1 requirement if the player does not have a Character Card available. Anyway, the first 4 Decklists + Kokonoe has been PM'd with their order. The game can begin as soon as each person who has one posts their position. Also, I just noticed the quote made by Cursed Reaction. Does this mean we must start with a new character every time we reach a certain floor number, or is this optional? And in what ways will we end up having no character cards? Are they simply no more when lost in a battle, such as in a real Duel? Icy Posted March 8, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 Character Cards are only lost under 2 conditions: 1) You are using it and switch to another Destiny Path. 2) Reach Floor 20. And you are on space 3. (Starting from Space 1). When you hit Space 1 again from circling, do you go up a floor. But as a warning, this game will be boring for the first 5 or so floors. May I ask though, how do you become a Duel Master? Can you be a Duel Master and play the game? (The answer for the second one will most likely be a 'no' though.) As for the Duel Master. The first one will be decided on the first player to reach Floor 10. After that I'll let them choose someone else if they deem it okay.
