Overpowered like all of Tragoedia's cards, definitely has uses. If it's DARK, it would be DAD's best friend ever. Limit Reverse would be quite nice with this though. Searches any monster from your deck to your hand at the cost of summoning and sending it...if it was DARK send it, add DAD to hand.
