~Kefka~
i'll give you props for that, your the first new member not to throw that last comment back in my face and actually listened so i'll help you as much as i can i actually know nothing about fish, but if you want something water based you can try Cloudian OTK. It used Turbulance, SmokeBall, Storm Dragon and Fishborg to spam synchros and break out and easy Shooting Star Dragon, it's consistant and works well
Vector Nightmare
CC Fish OTK is one deck type. Cloudian is another deck type. Ocean decks (usually Codstun variants) is a totally different deck type. All you're doing is suggesting that he uses a completely different deck than the one he is trying to build. That's not advice. Telling someone that 'this deck is bad, there are other better decks you can use' is not a thing you should say at all (except when you see someone using vanilla heroes or something). What you're looking for is 'this deck is bad, because this and this and that card can be replaced by this and this and this card to make it stronger / more consistent etc'. When you make a deck, chances are you've already chosen your deck type. A certain deck type has, probably, a few consistent builds that offer the best that this deck type can do. People want to build the 'best' deck from the deck type they want to use, not the best deck overall. Not everyone is participating in tournaments. 'This deck is weak' is not an argument. It's not an ideal world where every deck is equally competitive, and a lot of people enjoy playing with weaker decks. What they want you to do is tell them how to improve those decks. Not tell them that their decks aren't good and must be replaced by other, unrelated decks. Anyway, the deck type is not terrible to begin with, it's just that it's running a lot of bad cards. Anyway, I don't know about Water decks in general much, so just edit in those staples (I assume budget so no Dualities/Warnings. Your call about Judgment):
1x Fissure 1x Shrink 1x Monster Recovery 1x Abyss Soldier

1x Solemn Judgment 2x Mystical Space Typhoon 1x Dark Hole
Toffee.
Am I the only one who was expecting this deck to be full of level 5 WATER monsters?
-Lightray Daedalus-
May I suggest my Daedalus Build?
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Do you really need 2 Avarice in the deck? Oh, and you should pop in a Dark Hole. It's a staple. Plus I don't think you need 3 Gilman, and EDIT: Also, just noticed you aren't using a Terraforming. Pretty much essential in any deck with a Field Spell.
