Once per turn while your opponent controls a face-up monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Psychischer Ex" from your hand. Once per turn while your opponent controls more monsters than you, you can increase this card’s Level by 1 and its ATK by 600.

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing from play the above monsters from either side of the field (you do not use polymerization). This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon. When this card is Fusion Summoned destroy all “Psychischer” Tokens your opponent controls and draw 1 card for every token destroyed by this effect.

Activate only when you opponent controls more monsters than you. Special Summon 1 “Psychischer Ex” non-Synchro, Exceed, or Fusion from your Graveyard. During the End Phase, destroy that monster.

Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card or the effect of an Effect monster and destroy it. This Token cannot be tributed or used as a Synchro Material Monster.

I am impressed. You designed an archetype that revolves in 2 different effects and that works well, as said effects have synergy: you require your opponent to control monsters to Special Summon Psychischers, but at the same Time they Summon monsters (in the shape of Tokens) to your opponent for you. With such effects, I don't think "Schlechter Geist"'s effect will be needed, it's Summoning condition is good enough.

Basically, "Zusammen" is the main monster of the archetype, as it lets you swarm the field easily as long as you get Psychischers in hand; luckily you don't made (or have not made yet) high-Leveled monsters that could be Summoned easily by Zusammen.
It's interesting how you made Tuners, Exceeds and even a Fusion, but not Psychischer Synchros; I guess this archetype is meant to run generic Synchros unless you focus entirely on Exceeds.

The ability of Summoning Tokens with 0 ATK/DEF on your opponent's field AND in any Position may be overpowered, as you are basically giving you the chance of attacking your opponent directly. You could change the effect so the Tokens are Summoned in Defense Position; that way your opponent will have a chance to defend itself, and giving 1 monster to your opponent is already good for your Psychischers.
Also, I think this ability should be moderated, because what would happen if you manage to Summon 5 Tokens? You will lock your opponent, and he/she won't be able to do anything (except for activating the Limited "Dark Hole") while you Exceed/Synchro Summon non-stop every turn until you are ready to deal the final blow.
